What are you offering ?
For a nominal one off, non returnable investment, currently £10,000, a new franchisee would get:
Use of our brand (c). Logo, paperwork starter kit, and templates for future use, along with full instruction on work procedure and method, customer care, etc.
Full onsite training as and where required. We may at times also include access to a qualification (NVQ) and H&S courses, etc.
A start up round, of sufficient size, so you can start earning almost immediately, once trained and competent to do so. (round is subject to a 15% monthly fixed cost from you for administration and support services, and is paid directly into our account with the Bank) This could be added to, either by yourself at no further cost, or by our canvassers on your behalf and added to your 15% monthly fee. (15% of overall monthly work done by you but supplied by us) No two rounds will be in the same area, so your territory is your own as far as Cotswold Cleaning and Maintenance is concerned, we cannot, however, guarantee that there will be no other cleaners within your catchment area, only that they are not part of our team.
