If you do not respond before the clean takes place, we will clean only the accessible parts of the property and bill you proportionately.
Our service is based upon regular and reliable cleaning and you will have been quoted accordingly. If you ask to be postponed we will fit you into the next available round that takes place in the area; however, please note, that may be up to a month later.
