We guarantee to carry out the agreed number of cleans each year, on roughly the same date each month.
Will you always come on the same day of the month?
Not necessarily. There are too many factors to prevent us from rigidly sticking to the same date.
We keep to the same date as far as possible, but certain things such as weather or holidays may disrupt scheduling.
We sometimes carry out cleans on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure we can offer you a regular clean, otherwise, the cleaning may take place a couple of days earlier or later than the previous month.
We do, however, promise that you will be offered the agreed number of cleans each year and we will usually call you the day before as a matter of courtesy.
